Our Aims

To challenge physical, practical and intellectual abilities so that children maximise their potential.
To help children develop lively enquiring minds giving them confidence in their ability to question, discuss rationally and apply themselves to tasks.
To help children have a basic understanding of Christian teaching and values appropriate to a Church of England School.
To help children use language effectively and imaginatively in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
To provide a basis of mathematical, scientific and technological knowledge enabling children to learn essential skills needed in a rapidly changing society.
To provide nourishment for the all round development of the whole child in ways which will extend experience, facilitate and deepen understanding of his/her environment.
