The Headteacher and Governors of Elworth CE Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced, reliable and well-motivated Office Administrator to join our support staff team.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, the ability to work at a high level, whilst maintaining confidentiality and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. If successful you will support whole-school operations, providing a dedicated support service to all staff.
Responsibilities will vary but include:
- Assisting the School Business Manager in the day to day running of the school office
- Financial administration duties
- School admissions
- Managing the school website
- Producing and providing reports to the Senior Leadership Team
- Answering general telephone calls
- School trip assistance
- Clerical/admin support
- General admin procedures
- ICT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet
- Good communications skills
- Experience in managing an office environment is desirable but not essential
- Arbor – Knowledge of using software package (desirable but not essential!)
- Unit 4 FMS - Knowledge of using software package (desirable but not essential!)

The Job Holder is responsible for ensuring supervision of all pupils during the lunchtime period both in the dining area, during playground activities, as well as in classrooms during wet lunchtimes.
Salary; Grade 4 Scale Point 5 - £19,560 pa pro rata; 7.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year
(11.45am-1.20pm Monday to Friday)
Required from January 2023, the Governors and Headteacher wish to appoint an enthusiastic, imaginative and inspiring Midday Supervisor.
